Form D-4 – Complaint for Violation of the Campaign Disclosure Act
Date: 2/7/2018
Description: Any campaign disclosure complaint dealing with a candidate or question of public policy appearing on the March 20 General Primary Election Ballot and received by the Board by Thursday, March 8th will be brought to the Board for consideration at the March 19 Board meeting. Any campaign disclosure complaint received by the Board after Thursday, March 8th will be brought to the Board for consideration at the Friday, April 20th Board meeting.

In addition, any such complaint filed prior to March 9th must be personally served (not just mailed) upon all respondents prior to the time the complaint is filed with the Board, and the proof of service on the back of the Form D-4 must indicate that it has been so served. Complaints not having been personally served or lacking the requisite proof of service will be deemed to have been filed after March 8th and will not be heard by the Board until the April 20th meeting at the earliest.
