Description:	Any campaign disclosure complaint dealing with a candidate or question of public policy appearing on the February 25, 2025, Consolidated Primary Election ballot and received by the Board by Thursday, February 6, will be brought to the Board for consideration no later than the February 19 Board meeting. The Board cannot guarantee that any campaign disclosure complaint received by the Board after Thursday, February 6 will be brought to the Board for consideration before the February 25 Consolidated Primary Election and may be considered by the Board at the March 18 Board meeting. In addition, any such complaint filed prior to February 7, 2025, must be personally served (not just mailed) upon all respondents prior to the time the complaint is filed with the Board, and the proof of service on the back of the D-4 Form must indicate that it has been so served. Complaints not having been personally served or lacking the requisite proof of service will be deemed to have been filed after February 6 and may not be heard by the Board until the March 18 Board meeting at the earliest. ________________________________________ Any campaign disclosure complaint dealing with a candidate or question of public policy appearing on the April 1, 2025, Consolidated Election ballot and received by the Board by Thursday, February 27, if personally served by the Complainant upon the Respondent, will be brought to the Board for consideration at the March 18 Board meeting. Any campaign disclosure complaint received by the Board after Thursday, February 27, but on or before Friday, March 14, if personally served by the Complainant upon the Respondent, may be brought to the Board for consideration at a special Board meeting to be held prior to the April 1, 2025, Consolidated Election (date and time TBD). The Board cannot guarantee that any campaign disclosure complaint received by the Board after Friday, March 14, or complaints NOT personally served upon the Respondent, will be brought to the Board for consideration before the April 1 Consolidated Election and may be considered at the April 15 Board meeting.
