Semi-Annual Reports are filed every six months, requiring a political committee
to disclose its financial activity during the reporting period January 1st
through June 30th, and July 1st through December 31st.
These two Semi-Annual Reports are due within twenty days after the close of the reporting period: the report
covering January 1st through June 30th must be filed no later than July 20th;
the report covering July 1st through December 31st must be filed no later than
January 20th.
Every political committee is required to file Semi-Annual Reports.
