Once a political committee files a
D-1 Statement of Organization, it will be
required to complete reports indicating contributions, expenditures, and any
outstanding debts of the committee.
D-1 Video: The State Board of Elections is now offering a video to help determine whether a committee is a candidate,
political party, political action, or ballot initiative committee,
so the committee may complete the amended D-1 Statement of Organization required to be filed with the Board.
Basic types of reports are the
Quarterly Report,
Schedule A-1,
Schedule B-1, and
Final Report.
