Independent Expenditure Committee Disclosure Search

If, during a single election cycle, an independent expenditure committee makes independent expenditures in support of or opposition to a public official or candidate that total more than $250,000 for statewide races or $100,000 for all other races, the Independent Expenditure Committee Disclosure form must be filed with the Board within 2 business days. As a result all candidates for the same office are allowed to accept contributions in excess of the normal limits for the remainder of the election cycle.
