A political committee may choose to file a Final Report at any time. It must indicate a zero ending balance but may carry debts when finalizing. A final disposition of committee assets and the liquidation of any investments must also be disclosed.

A Final Report should cover a reporting period beginning on January 1, July 1, or the committee’s Date of Creation.
