Filing a Complaint

The Disclosure Law also provides hearing procedures for complaints filed alleging violations of the Law.

Any person(s) that possesses substantiated information that a violation has occurred may file a complaint, using Form D-4.

All complaint forms are filed with the Illinois State Board of Elections.
