Description:Last day the election authority shall provide public notice, calculated to reach the elderly and handicapped voters of the availability of registration and voting aids under the Federal Voting Accessibility for the Elderly and Handicapped Act, and of the availability of assistance in marking the ballot and procedures for voting by absentee ballot.
